everest Region
Spring 2022

The Everest region is one of the most well-known and popular trekking destinations in the world, home to Everest, the highest mountain of the world, reaching 29,029 feet. This region is in the eastern part of Nepal, offering breathtaking views of some of the world’s highest mountains, vast beautiful landscapes, Buddhist monasteries and Sherpa villages. Trekkers have the opportunity to explore the lifestyle of the Himalayan people, their religion, customs and traditions. This region is inside the Sagarmatha National Park, a World Heritage Sites since 1979. Spectacular flora and fauna inhabit the park, including pine and birch forests and colorful rhododendron flowers which flourish in spring. It's not uncommon to spot mountain goats and musk deer.  If you are lucky, you might even spot the rare red panda, the elusive snow leopard or maybe even the legendary Yeti!. Trekking in this region and seeing Everest up-close will be one of the most memorable experiences of your lifetime!

kingdom of mustang
summer 2022

In Tibetan, Mustang means “fertile land.” Mustang, or the Kingdom of Lo, is an area located at the North-West of Nepal on the border of Tibet. Mustang was a prohibited area to foreigners until 1991. Formerly independent, it’s now an integral part of Nepalese territory.  Located behind a mountainous barrier, Mustang sits in a rain shadow, unaffected by the monsoons, making summer a great time to trek in this region. It has a dry, desert-like, and windy climate. Here one lives with the rhythm of the seasons isolated from modern time. Fantastic canyons with red cliffs and Tibetan buddhist monasteries characterize the landscape.  This is an exceptional voyage to a land with a rich culture full of legends and secrets.
